Cesto is built so that your data stays yours. This policy explains what happens to the information you enter in the app.

Summary

We don't collect any data. Cesto has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and it doesn't send your information to any server.

What is stored, and where

Your lists, items, stores, prices and purchases are stored only on your device, along with your settings (theme, currency and units). Nobody else, including us, has access to them.

If you use iCloud or computer backups, iOS may include Cesto's data in them. Those backups are handled by Apple according to your settings and Apple's own privacy policy.

Exporting data

You can export your data as CSV from Settings. The file is shared only with the app or destination you pick in the share sheet.

Deleting your data

You can delete lists, items and stores in the app. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.

Information from Apple

If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us crash reports and aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. We can't identify you from them.

Children

Cesto doesn't collect data from anyone, children included.

Changes

If a future version adds server features (such as sharing lists with your household), we'll update this policy before releasing it and explain what data is processed and why.
